Kathmandu: Ram Bahadur Bamjon, a figure long sought after by Nepal Police, was arrested on Tuesday.
The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police successfully apprehended Bamjon in the Budhanilkantha area of the Capital City, as confirmed by Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Kuber Kadayat, spokesperson for Nepal Police.
"A police team apprehended Bamjon in the Budhanilkantha area at 7:00 pm today," stated DIG Kadayat.
Nepal Police had been in pursuit of Bamjon following complaints regarding the disappearance of four individuals, including a female monk, from Bamjon's Ashram.
